The Arthur Berkhardt Expressway Project (ABEP) is designed to upgrade your RHW-8S networks to special wide-lane RHW-4s, perfect for high-speed freeway driving. ABEP has been greatly expanded from its initial version and now includes features such as underpasses, Type A and B ramp interfaces, and even diagonals. The package comes with the "V4-Spec" texture set used in RHW and is also compatible with the new "V5-Spec" textures (both North American and Euro/International), which will be integrated in RHW 4.2.
